• We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital items unless there is a verified technical issue or error in delivery.

Refund Eligibility

• The voucher was not delivered due to a system error or failed transaction.
• Duplicate or accidental purchases reported immediately and not yet redeemed.

Important Notes

• Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method when payment made through card, and alternate disbursement will be made in case of paying through crypto token.
• PopularVouchers.com reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
